The Law Faculty organizational structure and the entire scope of the Faculty activities are regulated by an extensive body of rules. The most significant document in the normative framework is the Higher Education Act, adopted in 2005 (the Official Gazette of the RS, no. 76/2005). Other important documents include the Statute of the University of Niš and an extensive body of legal acts adopted by the Faculty of Law in Niš, which regulate diverse matters pertaining to the organization and operation of the Law Faculty.
The entire body of the Faculty internal regulations fully complies with the Higher Education Act and the Rules on the Standards and Procedure for the Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions (the Official Gazette of the RS, no. 106/2006).
