The Center for European Union Public Policy operates within the University of Niš and the Faculty of Law as an organizational unit without legal personality. It was established through the TEMPUS project “Developing Training in EU Public Policy in the Context of European Integration” (DEPOCEI). The Center is governed by a Council and led by a Director and Deputy Director, appointed by the Rector upon the Dean’s proposal.

Its main objectives are to strengthen research in EU public policy, develop training programs in various EU sectoral policies, and support institutions involved in the EU accession process. It also promotes awareness of the importance of EU public policy in Serbia. Activities include organizing professional training courses, publishing books and journals, and developing library and documentation information services.
